  • Why did you become a vascular surgeon?

Initially for both the medical and surgical/technical challenges but more recently to combat and turn around chronic disease. We may be the only surgical specialty that can impact patient health prior to or without any intervention.

  • Why did you join the VESS?

To promote and contribute to our specialty, especially in such a society that represents early career vascular surgeons and leaders.
