2025 Annual Winter Meeting of the VESS
The Vascular and Endovascular Surgery Society is a national society with over 1,500 members and a 45+ year history dedicated to advancing clinical practice, research, and professional development of young vascular surgeons. The VESS mission is to improve the quality and safety of vascular & endovascular surgical procedures and general vascular care through education, scholarship, advocacy and leadership. The VESS Annual Meeting provides the premiere forum for face‐to‐face interaction with our incredibly diverse group of early career vascular surgeons who represent the future of our specialty.

The 2025 Technology Forum will focus on broad vascular pathology and will showcase some of the best that industry has to offer. The emphasis of this program is for industry to provide insight into current and up-and-coming technology, as well as what treating physicians may see in the near future as it relates to developments in the pipeline. It will also provide opportunity for an intensive, hands-on experience in a small group format that provides a granular experience for the participating physicians.
Open to all registered attendees.

The Deadline for Early Bird Registration is Sunday, December 29, 2024. Registration will close on Sunday, January 27, 2025. After this date, you will be able to register onsite.
Included in your registration fee are all scientific sessions, as well as any industry sponsored sessions, the Thursday Vascular Technology Forum, Welcome Reception and access to the Exhibit Hall.
Make plans to attend the 2025 President’s Dinner on Saturday, February 8 at 7:00pm. Dinner & Entertainment are inlcuded.
The President’s Dinner is by separate subscription. Ticket prices are: Adult ($75/each) and Children 12-18 ($35). Children under 12 are free, but still require a ticket.

Beaver Run Resort offers the best location in Breck located between the mountain and Main Street Breckenridge with the comforts of an independently owned condo (or hotel unit) with the services and amenities of a resort and conference center. It’s the best of both worlds with 9 hot tubs, 2 pools, an arcade, on-site spa, dining outlets and hotel services.
The VESS has secured group discounted room rates at both the Beaver Run Resort.
Beaver Run Resort is currently out of VESS discounted rooms. You can try back but we have also secured discounted rates at other hotels. Scroll down for more info on overflow lodging.

- Rates, taxes, and fees of 19.01% are subject to change without notice
- A 25% deposit per reservation is required at time of booking and the balance of full payment is due 30 days to prior to your arrival. Full payment will be collected at time of booking if the reservation is already inside of 30 days to arrival.
Beaver Run Resort Cancellation Policy: If cancellation occurs 30 days or more to your arrival date, your deposit is refunded minus a $49 processing fee. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days to your arrival, full payment has been charged and the reservation is non-changeable and non-refundable. ALL reservations are subject to cancellation if deposit/final payment cannot be collected by the required due date.

- Reservations must be made by 5:00 pm (Eastern) on Saturday, January 4, 2025 to guarantee the group rate. After this deadline, or if the VESS block of rooms sells out prior to the above mentioned deadline, availability and rates cannot be guaranteed.
- Mention the VESS 2025 Annual Meeting to ensure the discounted rate.
- We strongly recommend making your reservations as early as possible. We anticipate selling out of our discounted rooms early.
- Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am. Guests arriving before 4:00 pm will be accommodated as rooms become available.

Individual VESS Group Discount Ticket pricing will be available sometime this Fall.
At this time we are promoting the Epic Day Pass, available to purchase until Nov. 30, 2024.
How to Purchase Pass:

- Enter a set of dates equal to the # of days you want to ski during the VESS February Meeting. Note: You will not be able to choose the exact dates in February but the pass is NOT date specific so it is OK for you to choose dates in January that equal the # of days you want to ski.
- Arrival & Departure days must be different
- Do not include “skip days” when you’re taking a break from skiing. For example, if you’re skiing for 3 days over a 4-day stay, you should purchase 3 Epic Day Passes.
- If you are booking for more than one person, select the products separately. You can still add these to your cart and pay for all of them together.
- Because Epic Passes are NOT date specific, if you don’t use all of your ski days during the meeting weekend, you will be able to use the remaining day/days within the same ski season at the resorts listed on the pass you purchase.
- Once you purchase an Epic Pass, there is no cancellation or refund.

Kids Ski Free works thusly: parent buys themselves a lift ticket and child, ages 12 and younger, will be able to get a kids ticket for the same amount of days or less, one child per ticket purchasing parent.

Airport
Breckenridge is just under 2 hours from Denver International Airport.
Driving Directions
The town of Breckenridge is located two hours west of Denver International Airport via Interstate 70. Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center is located at the base of Peak 9 at the Breckenridge Ski Area, just a few blocks from historic Main Street.
From I-70
Take Exit 203 / Highway 9 South. Continue South on Highway 9 for ten miles, continue through round about, this becomes Main Street. Proceed through town. At the third traffic light take a right on Park Avenue. Take a left on Village Road. You will see Beaver Run Resort and registration parking approximately 1/2 mile uphill on the left.
From Highway 285
Take Highway 9 North into Breckenridge. At the second light make sure to veer left (do not drive down main st.) Take a left on Village Road. You will see Beaver Run Resort and registration parking approximately 1/2 mile uphill on the left.
